BIRTHDAY || HERO OF DEMOCRACY | DR. GOOD LUCKY JONATHAN

Happy Birthday Sir!!
Before 58, you had become a Deputy Governor, Governor, Vice President, Acting President and President. As a President you were honoured to be at the helm of affairs when Nigeria celebrated both 50 years Independence and 100 years of existence. A feat no one else can ever achieve You became the first Nigerian President to be listed by Times International on her global top 100 and even when you left office, your opponent and predecessor openly described you as the standard for political conduct in Africa.

All these you achieved without struggling, fighting, shedding blood, betrayal or putting other people down. It is a clear fact that no Nigerian, living or dead has ever had this stroke of good fortune before.

Your name might be Goodluck, but I think this goes beyond luck. It can only be by the Grace which is from God, looking at the heart of men and choosing to smile on those who are in His covenant.

As you turn 58 today, The President of iCelebrates Gospel Entertainment and the iCelebrates ambassadors wish you a Happy Birthday and a more fruitful future. God bless you Sir!!!!!

TRUTH || IPPC PARTNERS CONFERENCE OPENING NIGHT WITH PASTOR CHRIS |

IPPC Partners Conference Opening Night With Pastor Chris...

Song:
Precious name Oh how sweet
Hope of earth and joy of heaven...

Thank you for believing. We wouldn't have done these mighty things. We're doing historical things. The Lord has been with us mightily. Many of our brethren are hooked up via tv and satellite. Welcome!

You'll be amazed at what we've accomplished. Transformed and beutified lives. Many have been inspired by the grace expressed through us.

The glory of what she saw, queen Sheba said that half of it was not told. There's glory in our lives, half of which have not been told.

God's glory is covering us all over and we are inside. Thank you for all you gave. Time, money, efforts, translations, negotiations and information. If we had to pay for them all... All these for your love for Jesus.

As you render all these for Jesus... Some went to places they have never been before, Far and wide.

Thank you for all you've done. The Lord has blessed us beyond imagination. For space and time, we've invited only a few. You keep doing what you do with joy.

In Christianity we are engaged. To ignore this reality is foolishness. Why ignore the God that gives you everything. We try to encourage but like in every war, some are offended. Some soldiers come back and regret and say there was no reason for them. That doesn't mean there was no justification.

We are encouraged by His abiding presence and spirit. When we say thank you we mean it. Full of glory.

Seven reasons for inviting you here and be so appreciative and rejoicing. It's an opportunity... The glory of God...

1) Impact you with His divine presence. Jesus is here. Though He's in your heart, we experience His mighty presence and don't want to live like the disciples in the mountains of transfiguration. They forgot everything in that glory.

What about the other disciples. Spiritual things don't recognize the flesh. He's the Father of spirit. Father's of our flesh and spirits.

Coming here, you're in the presence of Jesus and anything is possible.

2) To impact you with my love and passion for Jesus. Be inspired by that love until that is all you think and recognize. Jesus Christ wanted the world to know His love for His Father.

1986 Pastor shared about Jesus and one of them asked that He talk about Jesus as if He was closer to him than the Holy Ghost. He has had that passion for over 30 years. Some one screamed that He had preached Jesus into him...

Jesus is the one we are told to preach. I also talk to the Holy spirit more than any being. Continual conversation. Both the Holy Ghost and pastor is to preach Jesus and live for Him. You can't even love Jesus without the Holy Ghost. Jesus is the door.

3) To impact you with my revelation of Jesus Christ. What I told you yesterday was my revelation of Jesus Christ and His word to me. That's what you get in everything you experience here. That's why others will share the same

4) To impact you with the necessity and vision and urgency of that mission to impact our world. The more they talk, the more people come to our churches. We're anointed. Supernatural grace bring supernatural trouble.

5) To impact you with the ever increasing grace God has granted me. How can you explain the impact we are making around the world. They can't find the secret. 1 John 5:4. Our faith overcomes the world. We just keep expanding and prevailing. We're matching on His word. Ever increasing grace. God told him that He's going to fulfill everything He has promised him. There are different kinds of grace. Follow Me and I will make you...

6) To impact you with the triumphant life Christ has given me. You will always win if you follow all these things I'm teaching you. Pastor went to AAU to receive his DSC award. His respected professors told him that you can see the aura of God upon pastor Chris. It's a presence and glory that go with us. It always works. Pictures of triumph comes to you.

7) To impact you with God's word for us in this hour. God's rhema for us now. He's channeling favour and grace to us. It's happening already. Extraordinary favour. You're sent to accomplish a lot. No weapon can harm you. Do you love Him. Does Jesus inspire you? No man ever spoke like Him. More than a miracle worker. Men listened to Him without getting hungry for three days.

You should have listened to Him yourself. He's the beauty and light of heaven. He was in the world that He made that didn't know Him. He was in the beginning... Blessed Jesus... In Him was light... In Him was life... He created the world. The word became flesh and dwelt amongst us. He came to love us. God's love. Love is God. Love creates. Stirs, appreciated. Packaged in Jesus, that's love. I love Jesus.

Blind eyes open because of the love of the Master. He looks beyond our faults. Pastor is going to south Africa in January. Someone is about to receive miracle. That's why he's going to Accra, Ghana in February.

There's so much to do. So much souls to win. He had this vision as a young Christian. He will spend his life mending broken people. God told him not to quit school. Today, he tells people to be healed in their bodies and souls.

The spirit of God moves us from glory to glory. He ministered to a pastor...

As we seed out resources for the use of Jesus, He blesses us with untold fishes and men. By God's spirit, you'll catch men. It's the spirit that quickeneth. We see what men don't see...

TRUTH || How to increase Your Faith || Kenneth E. Hagin

By Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin

In teaching on the subject of faith, it is important to show people from the Scriptures that God has not blessed one person with more faith than He has blessed someone else. Folks often see someone prospering according to the Word, whether in his health, his finances, his family, and so forth, and they get the mistaken impression that God must have given that person more faith. So the first thing I want you to know is this: Every believer has been given a measure—the same measure—of the God-kind of faith.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD.
Ephesians 2:8

According as GOD HATH DEALT TO EVERY MAN the measure of faith.  Romans 12:3

So we know that faith comes from God. It is the “gift of God.” But He has given it to every believer. He has given to every believer the measure, or the same measure, of faith.

Notice also that God has done it (Rom. 12:3); it’s not something that He is going to do. We’re not trying to get faith. We’re not praying for it. We have it. Every believer already has a measure of the God-kind of faith.  You see, God gets everyone started off the same way. He doesn’t give one person more faith than He gives another. He gives to every man the measure of faith. Then your faith grows according to what you do with it.

A lot of people have done with their faith what the fellow in the Bible did with his one talent (see Matthew 25:25). They’ve just wrapped their faith up in a napkin, so to speak, and hid it. They haven’t used it at all.

It’s up to you what you do with the measure of faith God has given you. So the second thing I want you to know is this: This measure of faith can be increased. But you’re the one who increases it, not God. Certainly God furnishes the means whereby faith can be increased. But you increase your faith by doing two things: feeding it on the Word of God and exercising it—or putting it into practice.  The Bible very often uses natural human terms to teach spiritual thoughts. For example, this is how Jesus taught in His earthly ministry, as we can read in the Gospels.

…Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4

Jesus is using a natural human idea to convey a spiritual thought. He’s saying to us that what bread (or food) is to the body, the Word of God is to the spirit, or the heart, of man. You know that if you eat food regularly, it will build you up physically. Yet if you eat right but don’t exercise, all you’ll do is get flabby and out of shape.  In much the same way, you need to feed your faith on God’s Word. But you also need to exercise your faith, because if you don’t, your faith muscles will be flabby. They won’t be able to do much spiritually when it comes to moving mountains in your life.

You can feed your spirit on God’s Word and thereby feed your faith, because God’s Word is faith food. But you also need to exercise your faith to develop it and cause it to grow. In Romans 10:8, Paul called the message he preached the word of faith. He called the Word of God the word of faith, because the Word will cause faith to come into your heart (Rom. 10:17). God’s Word will build assurance, confidence, and faith in your heart. Then you’re to exercise that faith.

So we know that the measure of faith we’ve received can be increased by doing two things: by feeding it on God’s Word and by putting it into practice (or exercising it) in everyday living.  One person said, “You either have faith or you don’t.” In one sense, that’s true. You’re either a believer or a non-believer. But in another sense when people say that, they are implying that every believer has faith in every respect the same as another believer. But that’s not true. One person’s faith may not be the same as another person’s faith. There can be a measurable difference! You see, the Word of God tells us that our faith can grow. Therefore, one person’s faith may not be as developed or as strong as another person’s faith.

Remember, it’s up to you what you do with the measure of faith God has given you. For example, you can cause your faith to grow. You can feed and exercise it so when the storms of life come, you will have strong faith. But another person may not do anything with his faith. The person who does nothing with his faith will have weak faith.  Second Thessalonians 1:3 says, “We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your FAITH GROWETH EXCEEDINGLY. . . .” God is saying that faith can grow. Well, since faith can grow, it can be either strong or weak—developed or undeveloped.
Let’s look at several other statements Jesus made about faith.

If then God so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O YE OF LITTLE FAITH? Luke 12:28

And Peter answered [Jesus] and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O THOU OF LITTLE FAITH, wherefore didst thou doubt? Matthew 14:28–31

In these passages of Scripture, Jesus is speaking about little, or small, faith. In Matthew 14:31, Jesus asked Peter, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”  In Matthew chapter 8, Jesus commended the faith of the centurion who came to Him on behalf of his servant. Jesus said the centurion had great faith.

5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, 6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. 7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. 8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.… 10 When Jesus heard it, he marveled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel…. 13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. Matthew 8:5–8,10,13

Jesus said to the disciples about the centurion, “…I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel” (v. 10). So in these passages we’ve read, Jesus told one man that he had great faith and told another man that he had little faith. Romans 4:19 speaks of weak faith.

And being not WEAK IN FAITH, he [Abraham] considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb. Romans 4:19

The very next verse speaks of strong faith.

He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was STRONG IN FAITH, giving glory to God. Romans 4:20

From these verses, we can conclude that faith can either be weak or strong. I am proving to you through Scripture that faith is measurable—that it can grow. We already mentioned that the Bible talks about growing faith (2 Thessalonians 1:3). Acts 6:5 says Stephen was full of faith. James 2:5 mentions rich faith. James 2:22 speaks of a perfect faith. First Timothy 1:5 speaks of unfeigned faith, or faith that is genuine and sincere. First Timothy 1:19 speaks of shipwrecked faith and of holding on to faith and to a good conscience. And First John 5:4 speaks of overcoming faith.

The Bible says, “In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established” (Matt. 18:16). I just gave you more than 10 witnesses! And all of these verses will prove to you that faith is measurable.

We know that the measure of faith given to every believer can grow. Your faith can be strengthened by feeding it on the Word of God and by exercising it or putting it into practice.  F. F. Bosworth said, “Most Christians feed their body three hot meals a day and their spirit one cold snack a week. And they wonder why they’re so weak in faith.”  Well, physically speaking, if you just ate one cold snack a week, you would grow weak physically! But the same is true spiritually. God’s Word is faith food, and if we want our faith to grow, we must feed it more than once a week!

If you want your faith to grow, you have to start where you are. No one climbs a ladder starting on the top rung. You’ve got to start on the bottom rung and climb up if you’re going to reach the top. That’s the thing that defeats a lot of well-meaning Christians—they try to believe beyond their faith.

Remember, just because someone has fed more on God’s Word and has exercised his faith is not a sign that God have him more faith than He gave someone else. No, the person who fed on the Word and exercised his faith had the same measure of faith to begin with as the others had. But he fed his faith and exercised it, and his faith grew strong! As a result he could believe God for more.

So keep a positive attitude about your own faith. Recognize that you have faith and that you can cause it to grow. Feed your faith and exercise it right where you are in your Christian walk. Then your faith can grow and move mountains!

NEWS || US Faked ISIS Intel to Show Success | Analysts

There are charges that U.S. intelligence reports
about ISIS and al Qaeda in Syria are being altered to present a false
picture of success, according to an exclusive story by The Daily Beast.
The Daily Beast says
the Pentagon's inspector general is investigating claims by two senior
analysts that high-level intelligence officials are changing their
reports.
The analysts charge that important information has been deleted from reports, making them inaccurate.
The Daily Beast cites sources who say at least 50 spies are backing those claims.
Many of them believe the reports are being changed
to support the Obama administration's line that extremist Islamic groups
are on the defensive.

NEWS || A Matter of Time Before ISIS 'Holocaust' Hits West

<iframe width="320" height="180" src="http://cbn.com/tv/embedplayernews.aspx?bcid=4475705785001" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

WASHINGTON -- After the Holocaust, the world said "never again." But a group of religious freedom fighters says the world is allowing genocide to happen again.
ISIS is wiping out Christians in entire regions of the Middle East and Persian Gulf. Former Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., has seen the evidence himself.

"In 2003, there were 1.5 million Christians in Iraq. Now the number is 300,000," Wolf, with the 21st Century Wilberforce Initiative, said at the National Press Club.
And ISIS declares it won't stop there; it will bring this purging to the West.
After years of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, America and its allies are tired of war. But that doesn't mean the Islamic State's genocidal killers are going to give the civilized world a pass.

Professor Gregory Stanton, president of Genocide Watch, says Europe's pacifism has done nothing but create a huge refugee crisis that probably won't end until ISIS is defeated.
"NATO simply hasn't stepped up to the plate on this," Stanton told participants. "The result: all of the refugees that are now flooding into Europe."
Dr. Katrina Lantos Swett, the chairwoman of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), wants military action, but she believes the bigger, longer fight is to win the hearts and minds away from the ideology of the Islamic State.
"What is it that is attracting young people from Western countries, young people with relatively fortunate circumstances to join a group that to most of us embodies pure evil?" Swett asked, saying countries need to see a better way.

"We have to win the battle of ideas," she explained. "And that, in our view at USCIRF, does involve around somehow embedding into these societies religious freedom as a valued principle."
Stanton says "they should be put on trial."
He advocates dragging members of ISIS before the International Criminal Court at The Hague, as much to ruin its reputation and appeal as to actually prosecute it.
"To take them down ideologically because the reason why ISIS is attractive to young men and women around the world is the same reason Communism was," Stanton said. "It is a utopian, millennialist [sic] ideology."

The group, In Defense of Christians, organized the National Press Club gathering. One of its members, Ninar Keyrouz, is positive ISIS can be defeated.
"We believe that this can be stopped," Keyrouz said. "It just needs action more than words."

NEWS || Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis Jailed and to remain behind bars for refusing to issue gay marriage license until she Complies!

JOIN HANDS IN PRAYER:
Kentucky clerk Kim Davis sits behind bars for refusing to issue marriage licenses to anyone in her tiny district. In doing so, the Rowan County clerk has become a national symbol for many who oppose gay marriage because of their faith.
The gay couples suing Davis had asked that she be fined. But in a surprise move, the federal judge decided to put her in jail instead, saying a mere fine wouldn't be enough to bring about the desired result of compliance. At the last minute, Davis rejected a deal to allow her deputies to process same-sex marriage licenses. That could have prompted her release. "She's been ordered to stay there until she is willing to change her mind, until she is ready to change her conscience about what that belief is," Davis' attorney, Roger Gannam, said.

"Embattled Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis has been ordered to jail by U.S. District Court Judge David Bunning, according to the Herald Leader’s John Cheeves: Earlier on Thursday, Davis told Fox News contributor Todd Starnes that she was prepared for this outcome. “I’ve weighed the cost and I’m prepared to go to jail, I sure am,” she said. “This has never been a gay or lesbian issue for me. This is about upholding the word of God.””*

Within hours of the judge's order, several Republican presidential candidates declared their support for Davis.
Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said her imprisonment "removes all doubt of the criminalization of Christianity in our country."
"Who will be next? Pastors? Photographers? Caterers? Florists?" he asked. "This is a reckless, appalling, out-of-control decision that undermines the Constitution – and our fundamental right to religious liberty."
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, also weighed in.

"Today, for the first time ever, the government arrested a Christian woman for living according to her faith. This is wrong. This is not America," he said.
Hillary Clinton disagreed, saying government officials should uphold the law.
The White House echoed that sentiment.
"The success of our democracy depends on the rule of law and there is no public official that is above the rule of law," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said. But a Wall Street Journal editorial suggested the Obama administration's position was hypocritical.
"We don't recall President Obama insisting on the 'rule of law' when his then Attorney General Eric Holder announced in 2011 that he wouldn't defend challenges to what was then the law – the Defense of Marriage Act," the editorial read.

Meanwhile, protesters on both sides of the issue are up in arms in Kentucky.
"If you can't do your job then resign," a Kim Davis opponent said.
But a supporter said, "Today we came to stand for God and support our county clerk Kim Davis."
Davis had hoped Kentucky lawmakers would find a way for her to keep her job – and her conscience. But the governor has refused to call a special session.
In the meantime, her deputies plan to follow a U.S. district judge's orders and issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, starting Friday.

On Same-Sex Marriage || Kentucky Clerk on Biblical Marriage Stand || ‘I Have Weighed the Cost’

Kentucky's Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis (right) told Decision magazine Wednesday: "If the Word of God isn’t worth fighting for, I don’t know anything that is.”

Kentucky’s Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis talked to Decision magazine on Wednesday. A more comprehensive story will appear in the October edition of the magazine. No amount of threats against her life or her job, no edicts from the U.S. Supreme Court or the governor, could sway Kim Davis to compromise God’s truth.

She is so overwhelmed by His grace, so captivated by His love, so surrendered to His will that she can’t fathom caving to the ways and pressures of this world—regardless of the consequences.

“I cannot be separated from what I believe,” she said. “I have to love the Lord with my whole heart, mind, body and soul—with every ounce of strength and might that I have in me. It’s every breath we take and every beat of our heart.”

Davis, the Rowan County, Kentucky, clerk of court, has been at the center of a national firestorm in recent months over her refusal to issue same-sex marriage licenses even though she received court orders to do so.

She is scheduled to appear in federal court in Ashland, Kentucky, at 11 a.m. Thursday for a hearing to determine if she will be held in contempt.

Her voice cracked and she wept at times during an interview this week with Decision as she discussed her willingness to face dire consequences if necessary in order to remain faithful to her Lord, which could also include being impeached from office and being arrested.
“I have weighed the cost,” she said. “It’s definitely no place that I thought I would ever find myself, and it is definitely out of my comfort zone. I’m a very private person. For this to be everywhere [in the news] is just overwhelming at times.

“But it is through God and His grace and strength that I stand, that I can have a smile on my face.”

Because of the Bible’s clear teaching that marriage is the sacred union of one man and one woman, Davis prayerfully decided that she could not permit issuance to gay and lesbian couples since the licenses would bear her name.
“Those licenses leave my office through my authority,” she said. “I cannot be party to that. I just can’t. … If the Word of God isn’t worth fighting for, I don’t know anything that is.”

Her attorney, Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver, has asked the courts and Gov. Steve Beshear to change licensing procedures to accommodate Davis’ convictions and those of others with similar beliefs. Staver suggested several options, including removing the clerk’s name from all marriage licenses, making the state capitol the processing center for licenses and switching to an online application process.

Davis also tried to take pre-emptive measures to avoid the predicament immediately after taking office as clerk in January, writing state legislators in anticipation of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in favor of same-sex marriage in June. “I urged and beseeched them to get legislation on the floor while we still had time to protect clerks who had religions objections to same-sex marriage,” she said. “I got only one response, and nothing happened.”

Some critics have suggested that Davis should resign her elected position, but she has no intention of doing so, partly because she ran for the office last year after 27 years as deputy clerk only because she sensed the Lord calling her to do so.

Her deep devotion to Christ is rooted in the love and grace she received at her conversion more than four years ago, which she said followed years of “living in a pit of sin that I had created with my very own hands.”

She was divorced three times and gave birth to twins conceived out of wedlock.

Her life changed in 2011 when she attended a Sunday evening church service in honor of her mother-in-law, who had died that morning. “The pastor preached out of Galatians, and it really stirred my heart,” Davis said. “I repented right there on the altar, just fell on my knees and face and cried.”

Davis now prays regularly for the salvation and protection of the same-sex couples who have assailed her and says she believes there is eternal significance in remaining firm in her stance.

“For me, this is a Heaven or Hell issue because [of] someone else who maybe doesn’t know the Lord and is still searching,” she said. “This is real, and this is true.”

Though she has been under intense attack and pressure, she claims a peace and trust in God that surpasses human understanding. “We serve a living God who is alive and on the throne,” she said. “He knows exactly where I am, and I know that His hand is upon me and upon His people. He is in full control.”

TRUTH || PUTTING YOURSELF IN THE WAY OF SUCCESS || ESSEK W. KENYON

Putting Yourself in the Way of Success

IF ONLY I could repeat it over and over again, so that, wherever you turned in this book, your eyes would see this one fact: You have within you all of the qualities and elements that are necessary to make you a success. Your chief work is the development of the thing that nature has already given you.
Before you go to the office, create all around you and in you an atmosphere of victory.
You go out with the consciousness that you have victory. You and the unseen One are going down to the office together and you are going to put it over.

You are going out after that job with the smile of a victor—not the smile of a man who is trying to smile, but the man who smiles in spite of himself.
Cultivate the habit of thorough work. If it is mental work, think every problem through. Be the one man in that office where you work who thinks through on every problem that comes up.
You will find that the boss will want you. Very few men have the ability to think through.
They guess, they speculate, they theorize.

But down yonder behind the desk is the man who takes the problem and resolutely drives himself to think through that problem from every angle.
The boss can get men to do what he tells them to do.
He is looking for one with ability to tell the others how to do it.
So set the standard high for yourself.
Have a lofty spiritual ideal.
Climb to it.

Between you and it there may be many a swamp through which a road must be made.
Lumbermen always build roads to the timber they wish to market.
You will have to build a road to market your abilities.
There is pain and fatigue ahead for you, but you dress for the job.
Remember to associate with people who have won, those who help you climb to the top.
Don't hang around with a group of "has beens." Associate with the men who are climbing up.
The idle, gossiping people will not help you.

The lazy and careless will stand in your way.
Those who spend their nights in the roadhouse or at the gambling hall will never help you.
Don't think you can get something for nothing.
Put your money where it will count.
Put your time where it will pay you dividends.
This battle is not for the thoughtless, heedless guesser or idealistic dreamer.
It is for the man who works.

HEALTH TIPS || THIS Happens! When You Put An Onion In Your Ear Overnight.

Ear ache? Grab an onion!

After the crap hits the fan even the smallest of things can cause much pain and or threaten your way of life. I have tested this as well as using a potato in my room when sick to pull out infections or bacteria from the air. With that being said, I also use it in my ear(juice) to aid my body with recovery from a infection or ache due to being hit in the ear or cut that might get infected and cause a problem.
Onions are known to be a contact antibiotic and antibacterial...Meaning when put on an infection, they go to work on it! Its a expectorant and that is why its used when someone has a upper respiratory infection and are trying to breath better. Simply steep it and drink! I know, it taste nasty...but what do I always say? If it tastes good its most likely NOT good for us! Bitter is better and sour is power! ;)
Blessings to you and yours!
